All our prices are in Euro and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We pay the greatest possible attention to the correct mentioning of our prices. Models, product specifications etc. We reserve the right to cancel an order when mistakes have been identified. In this case you will be emailed with the correct information regarding your order. Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Carat Infini may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Carat Infini may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Carat Infini’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Carat Infini reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Carat Infini cancels an order after you have already been billed, Carat Infini will refund the billed amount.

Orders exceeding 250 euro will be insured for shipping while orders below 250 euro will ship via registered mail.

Return, Exchange, Cancellation


If you find what you receive is not what you wanted, Carat Infini is happy to provide you with a refund (excluding the shipping fee).

Refund Policy

Please follow the steps below for a refund.

  1.  Email us within 14 days after you receive your order and let us know what items you would like to return. We will reply with a return authorization number and a return address. Email
  1. Ship back to us via a traceable carrier (Local Courier like BPost, Fedex, DHL, UPS) within three days of receiving our return authorization number. Please email us the shipping details too within that time frame. Shipping time will not be counted in the return time.
  2. A restocking fee of 5 euros per item, shall be charged.


All returned items will receive a full refund, provided that all requirements are met. Return shipping is payable by customers, as well as credit card transaction fees. Special order, gift cards and sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchange.

Each item must be returned in the condition it was sent. It must have all the original packaging and all items that were included. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Please ensure that you write the return authorization number clearly on the shipment paperwork.

Carat Infini will send an e-mail confirmation for packages that have been received. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Please do not write “jewellery”, “diamonds” or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft. We suggest you write "fashion accessories". Infiniaire - Carat Infini is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

Damaged goods due to customer’s negligence will not be accepted for a refund. Goods that show wear and tear or modifications will not be accepted. When we receive the item, it will be examined thoroughly.

Only a maximum of three items per transaction can be refunded.

  1. When we receive the item, it will be examined for wear and tear. Once inspected and no damage is noted we will refund your account. Note: Refunds can take between five to ten business days depending on your bank. The method of payment you used to make the purchase will be the method of the refund payment.


Carat Infini understands if you would like to exchange your item for something else. For all exchanges no re-stocking fee will be charged. Follow these steps to claim an exchange:

  1. Email us within seven days after you receive the merchandise and let us know what items you would like to exchange. We will reply with a return authorization number and a return address.

  1. Go online and make a new order for an item to equal or greater value. Notify us of your new order number and the tracking number of the old item.

Kindly note that the return shipping for the “to be exchanged goods” shall be borne by the customer, unless clearly mentioned on our email containing the return authorization number. Note: Each item must be returned in the condition as it was sent. It must have all the original packaging and all items that were included.  24-Hours Cancellation

In cases where you change your mind after placing an order, please notify us immediately by emailing with your decision to cancel your order. Include your order number, name, order amount and currency. It is essential that you must send the email within 24 hours as we may not be able to stop the shipped order. If you are outside the 24 hours we will charge a 5 euros handling fee on your order and refund the rest of your amount through the same banking channel you paid for your order. This refund could take 5-10 days depending on your mode of payment made during purchase.

If cancellation is done after the order has been shipped, than wait until it arrives and ship it back using a traceable carrier like BPost, UPS, FedEx,DHL... Shipping costs for returns will be at your expense. Kindly read “Returns and Refunds” for more information on how to correctly execute the process.

Delivery time

After receiving the successful processing of your transaction we send your order via a traceable carrier like BPost, DHL, FedEx etc.. Normally the delivery time can be anywhere between 1 day to 25 workdays, depending on where you reside. For more information on your particular country, you may refer to our Shipping Information page. You can track your order from the Track Order Status page, on our website.

You will receive emails from us about the status of your order, throughout the entire process it takes, from confirmation of order until you receive it.

Infiniaire - Carat Infini, Belgium is not responsible for any inconveniences or losses occurred to you due to delays in delivery times, due to third party carriers or postal services in your respective country. Any non-work days, local or national holidays should also be considered while calculating delivery times to your respective country.

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.  Orders are dispatched from Belgium.

United States & Rest of the World

Prices shown on the website in Euros are inclusive of VAT or GST.  The order will be dispatched from Belgium. Carat Infini ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that no taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. Instead, when your order arrives you will be invoiced for these costs directly by the shipping carrier. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are shipping into and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. On Sale Items

Shipped sale items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We will confirm stock availabilities within seven days of your order. Unsuccessful orders will be refunded accordingly. Sale items are only till stocks last and for online orders only.
