Shipping Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL SHIPMENTS:

1. All shipments will be dispatched from Belgium, Europe.
2. All shipments will require a valid signature against the shipment, upon delivery of the same. 
3. Most orders will be shipped within 2 - 5 working days, unless the product is not in stock.
4. Non - stock items will be dispatched within 20 -27 working days. 
5. In case of urgent delivery requirements, kindly email us for possible options.
6. We may not be able to deliver on public and bank holidays, depending on the country you are residing in. Most deliveries will be done between Monday and Friday.
7. We are not responsible for any delays due to custom clearances etc., within your respective country.
8. We are not responsible for any VAT, CST, Goods and service tax, custom duties and clearance changes etc, applicable on your shipment, in your respective country. All those shall be borne by the customer. You may contact your local customs house for import tariffs on the same.
