Although, if you find what you receive is not what you wanted, Carat Infini\u00a0is happy to provide you with a refund (excluding the shipping fee).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please follow the steps below for a refund.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\u00a0Email us within 14 calendar days after you receive your order and let us know what items you would like to return. We will reply with a return authorization number and a return address. Email info@caratinfini.com<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Ship back to us via a traceable carrier (Local Courier like BPost, Fedex, DHL, UPS) within three\u00a0days of receiving our return authorization number. Please email us the shipping details too within that time frame. Shipping time will not be counted in the return time.<\/li>\n<li>A restocking fee of 5\u00a0euros per item, shall be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Note:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All returned items will receive a full refund, provided that all requirements are met. Return shipping is payable by customers, as well as credit card transaction fees. Special order, gift cards and sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchange.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each item must be returned in the condition it was sent. It must have all the original packaging and all items that were included. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.\u00a0If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please ensure that you write the return authorization number clearly on the shipment paperwork.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carat Infini\u00a0will send an e-mail confirmation for packages that have been received. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Please do not write \u201cjewellery\u201d, \u201cdiamonds\u201d or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft. We suggest you write \"fashion accessories\". Infiniaire - Carat Infini is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Damaged goods due to customer\u2019s negligence will not be accepted for a refund. Goods that show wear and tear or modifications will not be accepted. When we receive the item, it will be examined thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Only a maximum of three items per transaction can be refunded.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When we receive the item, it will be examined for wear and tear. Once inspected and no damage is noted we will refund your account. Note: Refunds can take between five to ten business days depending on your bank. The method of payment you used to make the purchase will be the method of the refund payment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exchange<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carat Infini\u00a0understands if you would like to exchange your item for something else. For all exchanges no re-stocking fee will be charged.
